Cohoes Police have arrested four juveniles in two separate incidents on Wednesday. Officers responded to the area of Imperial Avenue around 11:40 a.m. for a report of two juveniles attempting to steal a vehicle. ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) — An Albany man was arrested after being pulled over on Clinton Avenue driving a stolen car. Tyron Green, 37, faces multiple charges. On Tuesday, around 10:45 p.m., Albany County Sheriff’s Office deputies saw a black Mercury Mountaineer driving west on Clinton Avenue that was reported stolen by Albany Police.
