CLARION BOROUGH, Pa. (EYT) — A Summerville woman reportedly passed a bad check to pay restitution in a case involving a juvenile. According to court documents, Detective Roger Wright, of the Clarion County District Attorney’s office, filed criminal charges against 46-year-old Jennifer S. Mineweaser, of Summerville, in District Judge Timothy Schill’s office on April 29.

The National Weather Service issued an updated tornado warning at 3:13 a.m. on Wednesday in effect until 3:45 a.m. for Indiana and Westmoreland counties. "At 3:12 a.m., a severe thunderstorm capable of producing a tornado was located near Derry, or 9 miles east of Latrobe, moving east at 45 mph," according to the weather service. "Flying debris will be dangerous to those caught without shelter. Mobile homes will be damaged or destroyed. Damage to roofs, windows, and vehicles will occur. Tree damage is likely."
