Hartford, WI – In an impressive showcase of journalistic talent, the Hartford Chronicle won the Blue Ribbon award during the NEWSPA Northeastern Wisconsin Scholastic Press Association awards for the 11th year in a row. Hartford Union High School journalists also won 21 individual awards spanning writing, design, and photography.
