Syracuse, N.Y. — A woman was hospitalized after being pushed out of a car and left on the side of a road in Syracuse Thursday morning, police said. At 2:33 a.m. a 911 caller reported a woman on the side of the street, according to dispatches from the Onondaga County 911 Center.
15-year-old boy was victim of a brutal hammer attack in Syracuse
Syracuse, N.Y. — A 15-year-old Syracuse boy was attacked and hit with the claw-end of a hammer Saturday, according to police and the boy’s family. The boy was struck in the back of his head around 10:50 p.m. at 530 Boyden St., police said in a criminal complaint filed in Syracuse City Court Sunday. The boy suffered a severe head fracture and neurological damage, they said.
