Average home sale prices are up $40,000 in these three Onondaga County towns
Syracuse, N.Y. — The average sale price for a home is $40,000 or more higher than it was a year ago at this point in three Onondaga County towns, according to new data. The three towns are LaFayette, Marcellus and Pompey, according to data from Central New York Information Service Inc., an arm of the Greater Syracuse Association of Realtors.
