Trial to begin for man accused in the 2020 Lavish Lounge Fourth of July shooting
The trial for a man charged in a mass shooting at a Greenville nightclub is set to start Monday. In the early morning of a 2020 Fourth of July concert, investigators with the Greenville County Sheriff's Office said Jarquez Kezavion Cooper, 24, of Athens, Ga., fired shots into a crowd of hundreds at the Lavish Lounge. Two people were killed and seven were struck by gunfire.
Man accused of killing young mom at Greenville nightclub to go on trial
GREENVILLE, S.C. (FOX Carolina) - A man accused of killing a young mom and a security guard at a Greenville nightclub is scheduled to go on trial. In July of 2020, Rapper, Foogiano was performing at Lavish Lounge on White Horse road when a fight broke out and shots were fired. 10 people were shot, including 23-year-old Mykala Bell and security guard Clarence Johnson passed away.
