SIDNEY, Ohio ( WDTN ) — The teen accused of stabbing and killing one person and seriously injuring another in Sidney appeared in court today.

In court Wednesday, Judge Jeffrey Beigel revealed the teen’s history with police, including two separate orders to a detention center in connection to a felony charge.

“And as you know, at one point, based upon the recommendation of that organization and the recommendation, the recommendation of probation, you were released from that because they had concluded you had successfully completed that program. And we thought we had accomplished a lot of goals at that point,” said Beigel.
