CLEVER, Mo. (KY3) - The Clever School District is changing up how bus riders are picked up for this upcoming school year. The district usually has 500 to 600 kids who ride the bus every year, but ridership has been dropping, and with that, so has the school’s transportation efficiency.

JOPLIN, Mo. — Joplin drivers will have to make changes to their commutes starting Monday. The intersection of 20th Street and Central City Road is currently under construction for a new roundabout and will remain so for two months. Improvements also include widening 2 miles of W 20th Street from two to three lanes and intersection improvements at Country Club Drive and Central City.

Roundabout coming west of Monett
U.S. Route 60 between Barry County Farm Roads 1020 and 1040, north of Monett Regional Airport, will be narrowed to one lane on July 6-31. Contractor crews will be widening the south side of Route 60 for future traffic shift during construction of a roundabout at the intersection with Route 97.
