Man wins top prize worth $1 million on Ohio Lottery scratch-off ticket: See where the winning ticket was sold
WILLARD, Ohio — A man from Huron County has won a prize worth $1 million in the Lady Luck 100X game, which is an Ohio Lottery scratch-off ticket. The winner -- identified only as Mr. Flannery -- recently hit the game’s top prize of $40,000 a year for 25 years ($1 million total), but ultimately chose to take the cash option of $500,000.
