'Irreparable harm': Lordstown Motors threatens to sue Foxconn amid funding dispute
LORDSTOWN, Ohio — The partnership between Lordstown Motors (LMC) and Foxconn may be heading for a divorce. In a filing to the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) this week, LMC says that Foxconn has acted in "bad faith" in not fulfilling an agreement to purchase 10% of the company for $47.3 million. Lordstown Motors added the actions of Foxconn "caused material and irreparable harm to the company" and says it will file litigation "absent a prompt resolution."

Street crossing closed after train derailment in Columbiana
COLUMBIANA, Ohio — A street crossing in Columbiana has been temporarily closed following a train derailment that occurred on Friday morning. The Columbiana Police Department said that it received a call at 11:44 a.m. regarding a train that had jumped the track near East Friend Street crossing. SAGAMORE HILLS, Ohio — A 20-year-old man is dead after police say his motorcycle was struck by a car Thursday night in Summit County.
