The bakery opened Oct. 22 at 2720 Sidney St. in SouthSide Works, according to a community announcement. Its menu includes traditional croissants and pain au chocolat alongside matcha chocolate croissants and pork floss pastries, which combine flaky pastry with sweet-and-savory shredded pork. Customers also can order Vietnamese coffee, fresh-fruit teas and house-made matcha drinks.
