Crash claims life of Rehoboth Beach man, police investigating
BETHANY BEACH, Del. – An investigation is underway following a crash that claimed the life of one Friday evening in Bethany Beach. Just before 7 p.m., police say a Ford F-350 pulling a trailer was driving southbound in the right lane on Coastal Highway, south of Dune Road. At the same time, a Jaguar F-Type was driving southbound on Coastal Highway, behind the F-350, when the driver of the Jaguar allegedly lost control and hit the trailer being pulled by the F-350. The trailer subsequently disconnected from the truck and overturned.
