TAMPA, Fla. — Two arrests have been made after a shooting outside a Tampa gentlemen's club, according to a press release. The Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office says 39-year-old Jafet Rodriguez and 34-year-old Kenneth Jackson after deputies nearby heard multiple gunshots at 1:53 a.m. Monday coming from the Secrets Tampa Gentlemen's Club.
