The Indiana Fever are facing the Seattle Storm on Wednesday night. Through the first half, the Storm have looked like the much better team, and are beating the Fever by 4 points.

Caitlin Clark has been quiet to start the night. Through the first half, the former Iowa Hawkeyes superstar has 5 points, 3 assists, and 0 rebounds. She is also shooting 2 of 9 from the field, and is o of 4 from three-point range.

And one play that occurred right before the game's first half came to a close encapsulates how Clark's game has gone so far.

Clark was driving to the basket with seconds left in the second quarter. As she went up for a shot, Clark was met by Seattle Storm forward Ezi Magbegor, who knocked her hard to the ground.

Because no foul was called on the play, Clark remained on the ground for a few moments after taking the hit, holding her head in what appeared to be agony.

Clark ultimately got up and appeared to be all right as the first half ended.

Let's see whether this brutal hit will effect Clark during the game's second half.
