The Metropolitan Police Department has reported a series of arrests related to vehicle theft in Washington, DC. These arrests occurred from November 24 to November 30, 2023. On November 24, Victor Damlay, a 33-year-old from Waldorf, MD, was arrested on the 600 block of H Street, Northwest. The next day, three more individuals were arrested: Melvin Whitaker, 25, Kiarra Allen, 19, and Gary Goodridge, 26, all from DC. A 15-year-old male from Northeast, DC, was also arrested.

Police in D.C. are investigating two robbery cases where they say victims were forced into cars as suspects stole their personal items.

Orlando Alexander Satz, Jr., a 20-year-old man from Capitol Heights, was killed in Gaithersburg, MD, on Tuesday, November 28, 2023.
