Through further investigation, police said Nathan Bendowski, 19, of Roaring Brook Township, was harassing customers inside Sheetz eventually leading to a fight outside.

Video surveillance provided by Sheetz showed Bendowski trying to flee the scene when security got involved and while backing up the car he struck the victim, reversing twice over her, as stated in the affidavit.

Bendwoski has been charged with aggravated assault, accidents involving death, and duty to give information and render aid.
