The doubles team of Kathryne Jones and Alexandra Hamilton of Ida Baker reached the semifinals of the FHSAA Class 3A state tournament before falling. Hamilton and Jones had a bye in the first round, and took a straight-sets win in the quarterfinals, 7-6, 6-3. Tourney second seed Sarah McElrath and Ella Goodwin from Gulf Breeze ousted the Bulldogs in the semifinal round, 6-4, 6-1.
