SANDUSKY, Ohio (WWJ) — A Metro Detroit man is reportedly facing charges after allegedly hitting a Cedar Point worker with his SUV in the amusement park parking lot last weekend.

Riley Brock, 26, was arrested at a home in Southgate this week and has been charged with failing to stop after an accident on private property, according to a report from WTOL in Toledo .

The incident happened around 8 p.m. Friday, May 10, at Cedar Point in Sandusky, Ohio, according to the report.

A witness told Sandusky police he was the Cedar Point parking lot worker “fall to the ground as the vehicle ran over both of his legs,” according to the WTOL report.

That witness reportedly ran up to the suspect’s black Cadillac Escalade and yelled for him to stop, but Brock didn’t look at the witness and kept driving.

The worker was taken to Firelands Regional Medical Center in Sandusky. His condition and the extent of his injuries were not disclosed.

The victim told police he was bending over to pick something up when he was hit by the Escalade, according to the report.

The police department reportedly has video of the incident, but it has not been released. That video helped police track the Cadillac to Southgate, according to WTOL.

No other details surrounding the incident have been released.
