    Sales of new homes in San Tan Valley begin

    Landsea Homes Corporation has started selling homes at its new community in San Tan Valley, Wildera.

    "We are thrilled to unveil our homes at Wildera and introduce a new standard of modern living to Pinal County," stated Todd Condon, Landsea Homes vice president of sales and marketing in Arizona, in a press release. "Our vision for Wildera is to create an exciting active, vibrant and sustainable community where residents can thrive, connect and enjoy the beauty of Arizona's desert landscape."

    The first phase of Wildera features 461 single-family homes in three different neighborhoods:

    • Canyon Series – Homes range from 1,580 to 3,018 square feet with three to five bedrooms and two to three bathrooms.
    • Valley Series – Homes range from 1,776 to 3,045 square feet with three to six bedrooms and two to five bathrooms, and options for  a LiveGen suite ideal for multigenerational living.
    • Peak Series – Homes range from 1,580 to 3,226 square feet with three to seven bedrooms, two to four baths, and up to a five-car garage.

    Homes at Wildera feature open concept common areas, indoor-outdoor spaces, and options to personalize homes to fit individual lifestyle needs. Home prices start at $349,000. Model homes are available to tour.

    Residents will have community amenities that include a 13-acre centralized park with an aquatic center, picnic areas with a shade trellis and barbecue, gathering areas, an open lawn, children’s play structures and outdoor activity areas.

    All homes at Wildera contain smart-home automation technology that features an Apple® HomePod mini, wireless networkiInternet throughout the home, entry door locks, thermostat control, garage door opener control, light dimmer switches, doorbell camera pre-wire and smart home activation.

    Wildera is near various national, state and county parks, and recreation areas nearby including Casa Grande Ruins National Park, Boyce Thompson Arboretum State Park and McFarland State Historic Park, among others. Water sports and fishing opportunities also abound at San Carlos Lake.

    In April, the company closed on 545 additional homesites at the Wildera master-planned community. Development on this next phase will start this month with sales expected to launch later next year.
