    Blotter for April 20

    In Salisbury Police Department reports:

    • A larceny from a motor vehicle occurred in the 1100 block of Old West Innes Street between 11:19 p.m. on April 17 and 5:36 a.m. on April 18. The total estimated loss was $45.
    • A hit and run causing property damage occurred in the 1800 block of Jake Alexander Boulevard West at 11:31 a.m. on April 15. It was reported on April 18.
    • Vandalism occurred in the 700 block of East Franklin Street between 11:30 p.m. on April 17 and 12:20 p.m. on April 18.
    • A hit and run causing property damage occurred in the 300 block of South Arlington Street between 1:15 p.m. and 1:33 p.m. on April 18.
    • Resisting arrest occurred in the 800 block of East Innes Street at 7:15 p.m. on April 18.
    • Alexander Albert Abrom-Marshall, 38, was charged with misdemeanor vandalism causing willful and wanton injury to real property on April 18.
    • Allen Donnell Gaston, 31, was charged with misdemeanor resisting, obstructing or delaying a public officer on April 18.
    • Marquise Sential Robinson, 31, was charged with misdemeanor simple possession of schedule II, III, IV, V or VI controlled substances on April 18.
    • Cordaurl Cowan, 36, was charged with misdemeanor assault inflicting serious injury on April 18.

    In Rowan County Sheriff’s Office reports:

    • A sex offender registry violation occurred at North Main Street between noon on April 12 and 9:49 a.m. on April 17.
    • Littering or trash dumping occurred at Bringle Ferry Road at 2:03 p.m. on April 17.
    • A sex offender registry violation occurred at West 9th Street between 8:20 a.m. on April 11 and 4:56 p.m. on April 17.
    • Forgery occurred at Green Gable Lane between 9 a.m. on April 16 and 7:20 a.m. on April 17.
    • A larceny occurred at English Street between 11 a.m. on April 16 and 10:45 a.m. on April 17.
    • Credit card fraud occurred at Westfork Drive between 3:35 p.m. on April 13 and 3 p.m. on April 17.
    • A larceny occurred at Leonard Road between 12:30 a.m. on April 17 and 7 a.m. on April 17.
    • Steven Dacota Jones, 24, was charged with misdemeanor assault on a female and misdemeanor second-degree trespassing on April 17.
    • Colin Duane Threadgill, 32, was charged with a misdemeanor probation violation, misdemeanor hit and run and misdemeanor speeding on April 17.
    • Rebecca Kay Meade, 45, was charged with misdemeanor simple assault on April 17.
    • William Thomas Kennedy, 24, was charged with felony possession of a firearm by a felon on April 17.
    • Joshua Matthew Zeigler, 49, was charged with misdemeanor assault on a law enforcement officer on April 17.
