St. Pete teen accidentally shoots 11-year-old brother to death with stolen gun: SPPD
ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. - An 11-year-old boy was shot to death on Friday afternoon and St. Petersburg police say his 14-year-old brother is the one who pulled the trigger. Police responded to the home at 1421 43rd Street South at 12:15 p.m. They found the boy, 11-year-old Amir Williams, with a gunshot wound. He died at the scene.
Ex-Clearwater firefighter accused of exposing himself at 7-Eleven arrested again
PALM HARBOR, Fla. - An ex-Clearwater firefighter accused of exposing himself inside a Pinellas Park 7-Eleven is now facing more charges, according to investigators. The Pinellas County Sheriff's Office said Fisher Davis, 22, was arrested again on two counts of lewd and lascivious exhibition and one count of lewd and lascivious conduct.

A St. Petersburg woman was arrested and charged with DUI on Tuesday morning after FHP troopers had to forcibly stop her from driving the wrong way on a highway. Cynthia Elizabeth Serrano Roncal, 27, was spotted driving north in the southbound lanes of Interstate 275 at about 12:41 a.m., according to arrest affidavits.
Woman, toddler found dead in Florida home
HILLSBOROUGH COUNTY, Fla. (WFLA) — A death investigation is underway after a woman and a toddler were found dead in a home in Tampa on Tuesday evening. The Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office said it responded to a home in the 11000 block of Bloomington Drive in Tampa around 8:10 p.m. after they received a call from a concerned friend.
Florida Woman Sentenced For Embezzling $400,000 From Senior Citizens
A woman from the Tampa area was sentenced to 18 months in prison for fraud involving senior citizens. According to a report from the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Middle District of Florida, U.S. District Judge Thomas Barber sentenced Victoria Zerillo (49, Riverview) to 18 months’ imprisonment for wire fraud in connection with her embezzlement of funds from a senior citizen residential community. As part of the sentence, the court also entered an order of forfeiture in the amount of $410,963.78, the proceeds of the wire fraud. Zerillo entered a guilty plea on August 18, 2023.
