See St. Joseph: Stepping back in time

This weekend, St. Joseph residents can go back in time with historical home tours, 80’s dance nights and more in this week’s edition of See St. Joseph.

If you have loose change sitting in a piggy bank, it’s time to empty it because the Friends of the Animal Shelter is hosting its fourth annual Raise Your Paws for a Cause dinner and quarter auction. Bring your quarters and appetites while you raise funds to support the animals in need at the St. Joseph Animal Control and Rescue. This fundraiser is one of the organization’s largest of the year. All money raised will go toward adoption specials and the medical care of the shelter animals. The auction begins at 6 p.m. Friday, May 10, at Stoney Creek Hotel, 1201 N. Woodbine Road.
