Grizzlies XC make Waseca top eight

Lakeside Golf Course proved to be a beautiful venue for an afternoon of tightly packed races. Its rolling hills, winding greens, and even a slight incline during the final push made for a balanced yet challenging pace for the runners.

Located in southwest Janesville, the farm offers annual fall activities, including wagon rides pulled by tractors, a corn maze and a pick-your-own pumpkin patch. During the festival, visitors could also find face painting, caricatures, live music and food vendors.
