According to the agency, a person driving a Prius was traveling north on Watt Avenue and turning left onto El Camino Ave. on a green light when an SUV heading southbound on Watt Ave crashed into it.

CHP said the SUV failed to stop at a red light and crashed into the Prius before continuing along Watt Ave. until crashing into a light pole.

Officials added that the person driving the Prius was treated for their injuries and released.
