Search for Fort Totten man considered armed and extremely dangerous
BENSON COUNTY, N.D. (Valley News Live) - Several law enforcement agencies are putting out a warning for a man they say should be considered armed and dangerous. The Spirit Lake Tribal Council and Ft. Totten Law Enforcement are asking for help in locating Kolby McKay of Ft. Totten, ND. The Benson County Sheriff’s Office said in a release on Thursday: “McKay is considered “Extremely Dangerous” to the safety of others.”
