    In Rowan County Sheriff’s Office reports

    • Obscene material was reportedly sent from Depot Street in Rockwell between noon on April 11 and 10:08 a.m. on April 23.

    • Illegal dumping reportedly occurred on Pinetree Drive in East Spencer around 11:03 a.m. on April 23.

    • Fraud reportedly occurred on Gold Knob Road in Salisbury between 12:21 p.m. on March 28 and 12:21 p.m. on April 23.

    • Vandalism causing property damage reportedly occurred on Campbell Road in Woodleaf around 10:44 p.m. on April 23.

    • Motor vehicle larceny reportedly occurred on Fisher Road in Rockwell between 6:30 p.m. on April 22 and 5:43 a.m. on April 23.

    • Vandalism causing property damage reportedly occurred on Jake Alexander Blvd. S in Salisbury between 8:30 a.m. and 8:45 a.m. on April 23.

    • Drug paraphernalia was reportedly found on Jake Alexander Blvd. S in Salisbury around 9:30 a.m. on April 23.

    • Enrique Mares Soriano, 42, was charged with violating a protective order on April 23.

    • Wilber Curtis Artes III, 33, was charged with assault on a government official and communicating threats on April 23.

    • Lua Marie Grange, 49, was charged with abandonment of an animal on April 23.

    • Durell Anthony Mungin, 38, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana drug paraphernalia and felony marijuana possession.

    • William Edward Alston, 57, was charged with motor vehicle larceny on April 23.

    In Salisbury Police reports

    • Property damage occurred in the YMCA parking lot at 828 Jake Alexander Blvd. W between 10:05-10:07 a.m. on April 24.

    • An officer received a report of credit card fraud from 412 Martin Luther King Jr. Ave. S. between 6:30-6:44 p.m. on April 24.

    • An assault with a dangerous weapon reportedly occurred in the 400 block of Laurel Pointe Circle in Salisbury around 9 p.m. on April 24.

    • A burglary by unlawful entry reportedly occurred in the 200 block of W D Ave. between noon on April 20 and 6 p.m. on April 24.

    • Trespassing reportedly occurred in the 200 block of North Long Street on April 24.

    • Mark Lambert, was charged with possession of a controlled substance on April 24.

    • Maurice Darnell Miller, 35, was charged with possession of a controlled substance and larceny on April 24.
