It is a shooter that is heavy on the Sambuca, my favorite liqueur that I got hooked on while living in Italy. I say heavy on the Sambuca because it is four ounces of the Italian liqueur, and an ounce of pineapple juice in a shaker with ice. Shake to chill and then strain into two shooter glasses.
