Weather Forecast: Stacking together a few dry days before weekend rain

A weak surface low north of Lake Ontario keeps everyone in the 50s and 60s Thursday. Warmer air starts to work back in on Friday ahead of a large storm system that will develop across the middle part of the country. Clouds increase, but it’s still a nice way to finish the work week, highs in the mid 70s (cue the lake breeze). Expect rain to move in at some point Saturday and lasting through the afternoon along this slow moving boundary. It nearly stalls going into Sunday, but the lift should be focused a bit further east. That will mean clouds and some light drizzle/showers to finish the weekend, but no heavy rain.
