Blair County man hit person with SUV, did doughnuts in driveway, Troopers said

BLAIR COUNTY, Pa. (WTAJ) — An argument turned into aggravated assault charges after a Roaring Spring man allegedly hit a person with his SUV while doing doughnuts, state police said.
Michael David Digiacobbe, 34, was arrested and charged after an incident around 10:15 p.m. Tuesday, April 16. Troopers were called to a home on Bed and Breakfast Drive in Taylor Township where they made contact with multiple victims and witnesses, according to the criminal complaint.
Based on statements given to police, it was alleged that Digiacobbe got into an argument with a woman about things that happened in the past. Digiacobbe allegedly told her he was going to shoot and kill someone he had an issue with. According to charges filed, the woman said he shoved her to the ground and she hit a coffee table. She then called two friends to come to the home.
Two men arrived and told police they saw Digiacobbe in a black Chevy Blazer and he put it in reverse and hit the Lincoln both men were in, according to the complaint. Digiacobbe then started doing doughnuts in the driveway where he hit the Lincoln again and another vehicle three times. He then sped off on Cove Mountain Road toward Martinsburg, the victims said.
The driver of the Lincoln said he started to walk down the driveway towards the road when Digiacobbe came back and started doing more doughnuts before hitting the man with the Blazer and taking off down Cove Mountain Road again, the complaint reads.
Digiacobbe was charged with felony aggravated assault – attempt to cause serious bodily injury, two misdemeanor counts of reckless endangerment and criminal mischief, accident involving damage to attended vehicle, accident involving injury or death, and other summary violations.

He was placed in Blair County Prison with bail set at $50,000.
