Allisonville Road to re-open at 146th Street. But don't get too excited yet.
Hamilton County commuters are close to getting the “all clear” on one of the area’s busiest streets. The Highway Department announced that Allisonville Road at 146th Street will be open to traffic June 9 after a three-plus month closure that required a lengthy detour. Left turns onto 146th Street will still be prohibited, however.

Noblesville’s BSA Troop 222 retires flags
Members from Noblesville’s Scouting America Troop 222 for girls observed Memorial Day May 27 by retiring American flags. According to Kris Julius, assistant scoutmaster, the flags, which had previously flown at Kahlo Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram in Noblesville, were tattered and needed to be replaced. The Scouts accepted the flags for retirement in October 2023 and chose Memorial Day for the ceremony.

LYNN, Ind. — An Indiana Department of Transportation contractor plans to close the shoulder of U.S. 36 near Lynn. Beginning on or after Thursday, May 30, crews from 3D Co. will close the eastbound and westbound shoulder of U.S. 36 between Randolph County Road 100 East and U.S. 27.
Riverview Health to celebrate launch of Azure Plastic Surgery and Med Spa in Carmel’s Clay Terrace
Riverview Health is inviting the community to attend a grand opening event June 14 to celebrate the debut of Azure Plastic Surgery and Med Spa in Carmel’s Clay Terrace. The event is set for 4 to 7 p.m. at the facility, 14300 Clay Terrace Blvd., Suite 200A. It will include a ribbon-cutting ceremony, remarks by Riverview Health leaders, live demonstrations and free samples.
Hamilton Southeastern Board Member Thomas announces reelection bid
Hamilton Southeastern Schools Board of Trustees member Suzanne Thomas has announced that she is seeking reelection to the Fall Creek Township seat on the HSE board. The announcement from “Friends of Suzanne Thomas” cited her experience as a parent, Realtor, business owner and volunteer. It also stated that she’s a “conservative with traditional values and progressive vision in education” and a Fishers resident since 2001.
