Joplin man sentenced for federal fraud schemes totaling nearly $300K
JOPLIN, Mo. (KOAM) - A Joplin man has been sentenced in federal court for orchestrating two fraud schemes that resulted in nearly $300,000 in losses, including fraudulent loans under the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act and a "transaction reversal" bank scheme.
