    Man accused of auto burglary arrested in North Fair Oaks neighborhood

    ( KRON ) – A Redwood City resident accused of auto burglary was arrested, according to the San Mateo County Sheriff's Office.

    San Mateo County Sheriff's deputies were alerted to an active vehicle burglary around 9:30 p.m. on Saturday in San Mateo’s North Fair Oaks neighborhood. Responding officers were dispatched to the 3100 block of Edison Avenue, where they learned the suspect fled on foot to Fifth Avenue. A description of the suspect was given to the deputies from a resident.

    Police find buried body in Hayward, alleged murderer arrested

    After the deputies canvassed the area, they located a man fitting the description. The suspect was identified as 38-year-old Redwood City Jorge Caballero-Villa.

    Caballero-Villa was arrested and booked into the Maguire Correctional Facility for auto burglary,  vandalism and possession of drug paraphernalia.
