    Red Oak Police Arrest Three People on Drug Charges

    (Red Oak) Three people face drug charges following a search warrant in Red Oak.

    Red Oak Police conducted the search warrant at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday in the 400 block of North 4th Street. This led to the arrests of 60-year-old Robert Wade Abraham of Red Oak, 47-year-old Chrystal Rush Stewart, and 54-year-old Kenneth Gerald Owens.

    Owens is charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance, Methamphetamine, Gathering Where Marijuana is used, and Possession of Paraphernalia. Robert Abraham faces charges of Possession of a Controlled Substance, Marijuana 2nd Offense or Subsequent Offense, gathering where Marijuana is used, and Possession of Paraphernalia. Chrystal Stewart is charged with gathering Where Marijuana is used.

    Police transported all three subjects to the Montgomery County Jail. Abraham is held on a $2,000 bond. Stewart and Owens are held on a $1,000 bond.

    Additionally, Robert Wade Abraham was arrested on a warrant for failure to appear on the original charge of Domestic Abuse Assault, 2nd Offense. Authorities set his bond at $2,000.
