Yearly fishing tournament scheduled for next week
The FourthAnnual Bob Wellman Memorial Fishing Tournament is scheduled for next week, May 18, at Laurel Lake, from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Organizers said the event is free and will include prizes for the biggest fish caught in the adult and children (under 18) division. A Flash Flood Warning has been issued by the National Weather Service. 911 dispatchers tell Newschannel 3 that the area around Cabwaylingo State Park has high water.
