    92-year-old dies after Clay County crash

    CLAY COUNTY, Kan. ( KSNT ) — A 92-year-old man from Randolph, Kansas, died after a crash on Sunday afternoon.

    Just before 1:30 p.m., Marion Paul Brenner, 92, was driving a Hyundai Sonata south on Utah Road in Clay County. A 44-year-old man from Mankato was driving a Ford F150 west on U.S. Highway 24.

    Strong wind causes damage in SW Kansas

    According to the Kansas Highway Patrol crash log, Brenner allegedly failed to yield the right of way and was hit by the Ford F150 in the intersection.

    Four occupants were in the Ford F150; two were juveniles whose information was protected. No other injuries were reported, according to the KHP crash log.

    Brenner has died as a result of his injuries.
