RANCHO CORDOVA, Calif. — A vehicle crashed Friday morning at Gold Center Drive and Zinfandel Drive in Rancho Cordova. EMS were dispatched to the scene around 7:15 a.m. Somehow a car overturned in the roadway. The Sacramento County Sheriff's Office asked drivers to avoid the area while debris cleanup is underway.

ANTELOPE - Two people were detained and two homes have major damage after a fire broke out in a Sacramento County neighborhood Wednesday morning, officials said.
