Good news for Folsom drivers - city officials announced that the Folsom Boulevard Pipeline Construction project is officially finished. The critical infrastructure project involved a one-mile section of Folsom Boulevard from Blue Ravine Road to Bidwell Street. During the construction, slow downs were experienced in that section of roadway as lanes were reduced and drivers were merged into one lane.
