Ing has bright future for Bulldogs
Folsom High freshman James Ing has begun his cross country career on a high note. After placing second in the freshman 4,000-meter run at the Oakmont Invitational on Aug. 26, the freshman at Folsom High won the freshman-sophomore large school 3,400-meter race at the Josh Ruff Invitational on Sept. 9. Ing finished the race just one second over the 12 minute mark, just shy of 10 seconds faster than the second place finisher, a sophomore, and 12 seconds faster than the second-fastest freshman.
