West Park sits solidly in fourth with a good chance to move up
As the baseball playoffs near, West Park and every other team want to be playing their best. Four teams from the Foothill Valley League make the playoffs and West Park has a three-game lead over fifth-place Nevada Union, and also have the won the season series, but the Panthers are only two games out of first place so they could easily move up in the standings and surpass Oakmont, Placer or Lincoln. The good thing is that’s who the Panthers finish the season against, Placer and Lincoln.
