The proposed waterpark would be built near Cyclones Ballpark, with water being supplied by the city. The city has already done studies to make sure they would have enough water. Train Derails Near Pyote, No Injuries Reported
PYOTE, TX — A train derailment occurred this afternoon west of Pyote. It happened at the 62-mile marker on Interstate 20 today, May 1. Reports started coming in around 3 p.m. between Pyote and Barstow. A response from local emergency services, including the Ward County Sheriff's Office and EMS, was prompted.
