Hackensack High School Flag Football Team Rushes Through First Season
HACKENSACK, NJ - The High School Girls Flag Football Team recently completed its inaugural season, thanks to a grant from the New York Jets and Nike, according to school officials. According to several internet sources, "Flag football, a variant of American football in which players remove flags attached to the ball carrier instead of tackling them, will make its Olympic debut at the 2028 Summer Olympics in Los Angeles. Paterson Charter Softball Falls to Glen Rock 12-2
GLEN ROCK, NJ - The Paterson Charter softball team fell to Glen Rock in a final score of 12-2 on Monday. The game started with both teams exchanging runs in the first inning, but Glen Rock quickly took control in the later innings, scoring five runs in both the fourth and fifth innings. However, the offensive effort wasn't enough to overcome Glen Rock's dominant performance. On the pitching mound, Analeigh Feliciano faced a tough outing, allowing 12 runs on 10 hits in 4.1 innings pitched.
