Free summer meals served for students in Hope, Arkansas
Hope, Ark. (KTAL/KSHV) – Class may be out, but the school system in Hope, Ark., is still working to ensure that their students are fed during the summer break. “We do summer feeding every summer because we have a lot of kids that need those meals that don’t get, have access to a lot of food during the summer,” says Deanna Gilbert, Child Nutrition Director for Hope Public Schools.
