Elderly man dies after being hit by vehicle at crosswalk in Fayetteville
FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. — An 86-year-old man has died after being hit by a vehicle on a crosswalk in Fayetteville, according to the Arkansas State Police. Officials said a 2008 Mazda was headed south on North College Avenue when it struck the man as he was trying to cross a crosswalk. Although the driver of the vehicle was reportedly uninjured, the man died as a result of the crash.
