Proposed pedestrian flyover bridge moves closer to reality in Norfolk
NORFOLK, Va. (WAVY) – A proposed pedestrian flyover bridge in Norfolk is a step closer to becoming a reality. The Elizabeth River Trail Foundation received a $50,000 grant from Norfolk Southern to fund professional surveying and early-stage design work. The project aims to create an elevated connection over the rail corridor between West Ghent and Lambert’s Point.
