Man convicted of punching, scratching Clovis Police officers
CLOVIS, N.M. (KVII) — A man was convicted by a Curry County Jury for punching a Clovis police officer in the neck and scratching another officer in 2021. Ninth Judicial District Attorney Quentin Ray announced that Francisco Arzola, 46, of Clovis, was found guilty on May 2 of two counts of battery upon a peace officer.

CLOVIS, N.M. (KVII) — A man was sentenced to nine and a half years in prison for fleeing from Curry County Sheriff's deputies in a stolen truck. Ninth Judicial District Quentin Ray announced that Anthony Abeyta, 28, of Clovis, was sentenced for aggravated fleeing from a law enforcement officer on Tuesday.
