OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) - A man convicted of shooting and injuring a police officer at Omaha’s Westroads Mall in 2021 learned his sentence Wednesday. Kenya Jenkins, 25, was sentenced to a total of 55-75 years in prison after pleading guilty to one count assault on an officer and one count use of a weapon to commit a felony.
