Pickerington awards about $459,000 in building permits recently

PICKERINGTON − The Pickerington building department recently awarded about $459,000 in building permits.

A $250,000 permit to Pickerington Assisted Living LLC for water damage repair at Amber Park at 401 Hill Road North tops the list.

Here are the other recent building permits:

• An $85,000 permit to Kroger at 1091 Hill Road North for alterations.
• A $65,000 permit to MB Building III LLC for new construction of a pavilion at 200 Hill Road South.
• A $20,400 permit to Kemba Financial Credit Union at 941 Hill Road North for a wall sign.
• A $20,000 permit to Newman Capital Properties for a change of occupancy at 485 Hill Road North.
• A $14,988 permit to Goodwill at 1771 Hill Road North for air conditioning replacement.
• A $4,200 permit to Pickerington Plaza Limited at 1710 Hill Road North for a wall sign.

The city also granted the following permits but did not list the dollar amount of them:

• Plaza Properties at 1710 Hill Road North for an occupancy change regarding Five B.
• David Donley at 154 W. Borland St. for an occupancy change regarding Gentell.
• Newman Capital Properties for an occupancy change at 521 Hill Road North regarding Leland Bass Trucking.
• Professional Property Advisors for an occupancy change at 859 Windmiller Drive regarding Haigan Health Agency.
