Prough was seen in the 200 Block of Mifflin Street before disappearing, according to the release. However, soon after he disappeared police received a call about a man who was seen running into the backyard of a home. Police arrived at the residence and found two young juveniles outside and told them to go inside for their safety.

Officers searched the backyard and allegedly found Prough hidden between a fence and an air conditioner unit. He was arrested without incident.
