Coroner IDs motorcyclist killed in I-83 crash near Pa.-Md. line
A motorcyclist who died in York County over the weekend was driving on I-83 in Maryland when he was thrown from his bike in a construction zone, the coroner’s office said. Vann Ashe, 48, of Herndon, Virginia, was riding with a group of other motorcyclists on I-83 south near exit 36 in Baltimore County, Maryland, when the crash happened on Saturday.
