Arrest made in deadly I-20 shooting
SHREVEPORT, La. (KSLA) - An arrest has been made in connection to the fatal shooting that took place on I-20 on April 23. The Caddo Parish Sheriff’s Office said 36-year-old Gurpreet Singh Judge and someone driving a dark-colored SUV got into some sort of verbal altercation.
