BOWLING GREEN, Ky. — A woman has been arrested after police said she tried to flush her newborn baby down a toilet at a Kentucky restaurant. Shaniqua Caldwell, 35, was arrested on Wednesday after officers in Bowling Green found a dead, recently born baby in the toilet of an IHOP on Scottsville Road.
