(WFIE) - A federal grand jury in Bowling Green, Kentucky, returned an indictment on an Owensboro man. 24-year-old Shai Chance Sheriff is charged with possessing 40 grams or more of a fentanyl mixture with the intent to distribute it, possessing a firearm in furtherance of a trafficking crime, and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
